I completed the 4 weeks of the Personal Trainer Food plan and while my scale results weren’t what I had hoped for, I think I know the reason.

I went through a major medicine change during the four weeks. It wasn’t one that was planned, but my old medicine wasn’t working as well, so I had to wean off of it. It took two weeks of decreasing the meds, 3 days of no meds and now I’m slowing increasing the dose of the new meds.

My body was a mess during that change.

Here is a before and after photo.

I see some slight changes and I can feel them in my clothes. I did lose 4 pounds, but I gained some other things that I didn’t expect:

  • I don’t crave sweets or carbs anymore.
  • I eat smaller meals.
  • I have more energy.
  • I sleep better.

I really did like the food and I loved the how easy it was to prepare the meals, I plan to purchase another 4 weeks of the Personal Trainer Food to give it another try after my medicine is balanced out.

Don’t forget the coupon code:
