This is a sponsored post.

I’ve completed one week of the Personal Trainer Food. I wish I had better results, but after following the plan for one week, I have gained .4 lbs. I know it’s not a lot, but I thought I would lose and not gain. Maybe my body is adjusting to the new food plan.

Personal Trainer Food Vs. Nutrisystem

The first day of the plan, I tried to eat the Nutrisystem food. Honestly, the food tasted horrible. Below is the comparison of the Nutrisystem meal to the Personal Trainer Food meal.

Breakfast

This is the Nutrisystem breakfast:

And this is the Personal Trainer Food breakfast:

I love the breakfasts on the Personal Trainer Food plan. They are very easy to cook Within two minutes, I have a yummy breakfast ready to eat (and that includes the time it takes to take it out of the freezer and onto a plate.

I tried to eat this Nutrisystem dinner and I couldn’t. It was horrible. It tasted like mush.

This dinner was so good. One of my favorites. I loved all the chicken strips. I ate an apple for a snack if I was hungry.

The Personal Trainer Food meals are delicious. My family keeps asking me if they can have some of the food in the freezer, but it’s all mine!
