Chi Marathon Running Book Surprised Me

I’ll admit, I saw the word, “Chi” and was scared off at first. When I was given the opportunity to review Chi Marathon: The Breakthrough Natural Running Program for a Pain-Free Half Marathon and Marathon, the word pain-free caught my eye.
