Tenevis Shoes; Soft and Powerful Shoe & FDA Approved!
Tenevis shoes are the most unusual and interesting shoes I have ever worn. They added a spring in my step. Before I can even begin to describe what these shoes do, I need to show them to you because the Tenevis shoes are so different.
Have you ever seen a shoe like this? That part of the heel that looks very different is removable and comes with both a hard and soft version. The soft chip is for harder surfaces like concrete and the hard chip would give more stability for a trail walk.
At first I had a hard time removing the heel piece in the replaceable cushion footwear because I thought the bottom was replaceable. The only part that is replaceable is the white part of the heel and it is so easy to remove. Pull the black part back and pull the white piece out and replace. The video above shows how the piece is removed and shows you all the benefits of the Tenevis shoes.
Tenevis Shoes Benefits
Here are the health benefits according to the University of Calgary Kinesiolgy.
- Reduce joint loading by 30-40% on ankle, knee & hip joints which minimizes the chances of injury to those joints.
- Cushioning of the Tenevis shoes is 127.5% higher which allows for easy walking and for a longer time.
- Less Muscle Fatigue which means you are less tired even when you walk more.
The Tenevis Shoes Story
This graphic talks about the history of the shoes. These shoes are even FDA approved!!
My Tenevis Shoes Experience
I wore the shoes around for a few weeks and I like the way they feel. I feel like there is definitely more cushioning for my feet. I usually add a padded insert in my shoes because I like a softer feeling and I didn’t feel the need to add one to the Tenevis shoes. If you have a job where you are on your feet all day, these shoes would make a difference in how your body feels each day.
The Tenevis shoes come in many different styles and colors and for men and women. Be sure to follow Tenevis shoes on Twitter and Facebook.
The retail price of the Tenevis shoes is $160.
Disclosure: I received a pair of the Tenevis shoes in exchange for this review. All opinions are 100% my own.
