I am currently reading Christine’s book, Choosing ME Before WE and it is an interesting read. It is geared more towards women who are looking for love and need to love themselves first. I am very happily married, but that doesn’t mean I can’t benefit from loving myself more. This is something I struggle with every day and I am working on in February.

As a male, I don’t claim to come close to understanding the pressures that are heaped upon females re: body image but I understand the pressures that are lay upon our shoulders by society as a whole.
I think the idea of taking the time to appreciate who we are an focus on the pros instead of dwelling on our idea of what our ‘cons’ are is just magnificent and should be encouraged on an ongoing basis!

I for one don’t think these books are corny at all… Since I’ve gotten my kindle, I find that I’m reading them more and more :-)… When I finish the one I’m on, I’ll check this one out. Ms. Arylo also has another similar book coming out in September that I saw mentioned in an article a few weeks ago. It’s called Madly in Love With ME… Do you think you’ll read that one too?
I will definitely read her new book. I just finished the Me Before We and I plan to have my review up this week. I isn’t know she was writing a Madly About ME. Excited to hear that!!
Really nice video, but the book of her sees to be a really great read, too. I had been searching for a book for a while, when I came to your blog. I think I’m gonna purchase it as soon as possible!
I’m about halfway through the book and I’m loving it so far. Sometimes the self-help books can be corny and this one isn’t. I’ve made a few discoveries about myself already.
