Getting My Run Back On #NationalRunningDay

I have not been very consistent with my running lately, but as of today that is going to end.

  
This is a horrible picture of me running today. Not very excited because it was about 55 degrees out and it’s June 3.

Then I get back from my run and find out there was a bear spotted at the high school and around my community. Lovely!!! I wouldn’t want to run into him on a run. Guess I better bring bear repellant with me.

 I Run Because I Can 
Today kicked off a month of running for me. I’m going to run at least 1 mile everyday until July 4.

  • I used to run until my knees started hurting. Now I rollerblade only but haven’t done that in a while. I am planning to fast walk or rollerblade in the summer. My goal is to do it at least 4 times a week.
