Who doesn’t want to live a healthy lifestyle? I’ve worked hard at living a healthier lifestyle. I buy healthy foods, exercise, drink water, get more sleep and generally make good decisions. But it is tough sometimes because I’m not sure what is hidden in some of the foods that I assume are healthy.
FED UP is the film that uncovers the facts that the food industry doesn’t want you to know. This is the film the food industry doesn’t want you to see.

I am giving up ice cream, candy bars and processed food as much as possible. The last one is the hardest, but I usually cook from scratch anyway.
We have eliminated bread from our meals (when it’s not a sandwich or something) and we are opting for more protein and salads! Also, now that it’s summer we do a lot of walking 🙂
We are adding more fruits and vegetables to our diet. I am starting to make salad dressings and sauces from scratch instead of buying the bottled stuff!
My new years resolution was to cook healthier for our family this year! I still have sooo much to learn! I have heard that Whole Foods really has a nice selection of healthy food and would love to go and see what all they have! We have been trying to eat more vegetables!
We are eating fish at least once a week. And beef only once a week.
We try to include protein with every meal.
