Print Your Own Coloring Pages for Adults Using an Epson Printer

Adult coloring pages are everywhere now. I love the new fad because I have always loved coloring, but coloring books for kids don’t do it for me. But the adult coloring books are pricey.

My solution?

Print adult coloring pages on my Epson XP-830 printer. Epson sent me the Epson Expression Premium  XP-830 Small-in-One All-in-One printer and when I saw you can create coloring pages from your own photos, I knew I had to try it out.

Print Adult Coloring Pages at Home

It’s so easy to print adult coloring pages at home on an Epson printer. First, I downloaded the Creative Print app from the App Store. The app is available for Android & Apple devices.

Open the Creative Print app and you’ll get this screen:

Click on Coloring Book to start creating your adult coloring pages using your Epson printer.

NOTE: Check this list for all the compatible Epson printers.

Click Photo and find a photo on your phone that you would like to use. Once you select a photo, the screen shot above is what you will see. You can make some adjustments.

The two squares on the right and left are for adjusting the contrast of the photo. Press the right one to make the white stand out more and press the left one to mute it more.

My photo was a landscape photo so only part of the photo is showing. I clicked on “Rotate” and got this:

You can also touch the image and make it smaller or larger. Once you are ready to print, click on the green “Print” button and send it to your Epson printer.

Relax With Adult Coloring Pages

And of course I had to start coloring it. I like to keep coloring pages on my desk and I will color while I’m on conference calls or any other time I have a few moments. It’s very relaxing.

It’s so easy to do.

Create Adult Coloring Books as Gifts

You could give someone an adult coloring book with coloring pages you made with their vacation photos.

And you do not have to limit it to adult coloring pages. Kids would love to have a coloring book filled with things they are familiar with. Take photos of their teddy bear, shoes, etc and turn those into a coloring book.
