As we head into the end of the year, kids will be home from school for a few weeks. While I’d love to think my kids want to spend that entire time with me, I know it’s not true. I like to give my kids the opportunity to relax and enjoy the break. They told me they plan to binge watch shows on Netflix.

For the next four weeks, I’ll be sharing my kids top five picks for shows to binge watch on Netflix. I’m starting with my youngest who is a tween girl.

Top Binge Watching Picks for Tween Girls

 Psych

Psych is one of my favorite shows. It’s about Shawn who isn’t really a psychic, but he has learned to be very observant and along with his friend Gus, helps the Santa Barbara Police Department with cases. It’s hilarious and be sure to look for the pineapple! You’ll understand that once you start watching.

Dance Moms

My daughter is a dancer so she loves Dance Moms, but her friends who are not dancers also love watching it. It’s like Real Housewives for tweens.

Girl Meets World

If you watched Boy Meets World as a child, this show will look familiar. Cory and Topanga have grown up and have 2 kids of their own. This is their grown up life told through their daughter’s eyes.

Mighty Med

Mighty Med is kind of silly, but I love it too. It’s all about superheroes and 2 teens who help save superheroes at the Might Med hospital. They can do that because they read a lot of comics, so they know a lot about superheroes and come up with new ways to treat them.

Friends

I got my kids hooked on Friends. I love when shows I watched many years ago are loved by my kids.
