Have you heard of Just Dance? Great news! Just Dance 2018 was released last month. Just Dance is my favorite video of all time and I love that they come out with new versions often so I never get bored.

Moana on Just Dance 2018

My daughter helped me out with this review over the weekend. I injured my neck, so dancing is not good for me right now. As a competitive dance, she LOVES Just Dance because it challenges her (and she knows she can beat mom when I’m well).

She gave this latest version of Just Dance 2018 a thumbs up. She liked that it was a mix of newer songs and older songs. Her favorite was the song from Moana. My favorites were Footloose & Another One Bites The Dust.  Those songs take me back to my teen years. Megan also loved dancing to Despacito because it has a great beat and makes you want to dance anyways!

Another really cool feature is that you can use your smartphone as a controller if you download the Just Dance Controller app.

Just Dance Unlimited

A newer feature to the Just Dance family is Just Dance Unlimited. If you want to be sure you do not EVER run out of new songs, this is for you. Just Dance Unlimited is a subscription service that adds 300 songs. You will get a 3-month subscription to try out when you buy Just Dance 2018. And yes, we are trying that out too.

Just Dance is a Workout

Playing Just Dance is an AWESOME workout. I am always sweating and I can easily get in my exercise for the day with this game. The time flies by and I don’t even realize that I’ve put in 45 minutes of activity. Seriously, if you are looking for a fun way to workout, get Just Dance 2018!!

It is available for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, Wii. We tested it on our Xbox One game system.
