As you may know, I am an early adopter when it comes to technology. I don’t want to wait to see what others think about a tech product, I want to try it out myself and let you know what I think of the latest and greatest tech gadgets.
Good Call Handset
Good Call is one of those gadgets I am getting the honor of trying out before it hits the shelves, so I can tell you how my family uses Good Call.
I received the Good Call Bluetooth Handset made for the iPhone. The setup is really easy if you follow the included directions. Pairing it with my iPhone was very simple and I had the Good Call set-up and using it within a few minutes of opening the package.

With 4 kids (and 2 of them are teens,) our home phone is always in use. We decided to put the Good Call upstairs in my bedroom because it often happens where I can not find a phone upstairs because the kids have taken off with the house phone.
The Good Call works with Bluetooth so you do not need to have the iPhone in the dock for it to work. We tested the Good Call while my iPhone was on my desk and the Good Call was in my bedroom and it worked beautifully.
Within an hour after setting it up, I was upstairs folding laundry and my iPhone rang, but it was downstairs. I can easily get to the phone from my bedroom without jumping over dogs and toys, leaping downstairs and risking my life to answer the phone.
I love that the Good Call came with the above card that shows you the different commands you need. It is a simple addition, but made using the phone a lot easier.
As an added benefit, it is a great place to put my iPhone at night to charge. I use my iPhone as my alarm clock and I did not have a dock for my iPhone because I wanted to keep the iPhone case on. With the Good Call, I am able to keep the case on my iPhone and still have it docked.

Can this device be used in a vehicle as a hands free device?

I don’t think that the Good Call Handset is made by Apple, but from your pictures looks like a handset with a good design. The one thing that is a bit disturbing, again, from your pictures is the glossy surface, a fingerprints nightmare.
No, it’s not made by Apple. It is glossy, but I haven’t noticed fingerprints, so it doesn’t seem to be too bad.
wow! this is an awesome gadget that iPhone bring in the market. now you can work free and answer your call like you are using an office mobile phone. i hope the price will be affordable too.
