For the last month, I’ve shared my experience with the AMD powered HP Envy laptop. (Received from AMD for this campaign.) You can read about my first impression and how the HP Envy fits into the life of a tech mom.
How I Use the HP Envy laptop
The HP Envy with an AMD processor is powerful enough to game, but it can help you do much more…
- Log in quickly with Face Login
- Travel to dance competitions
- Edit photos and videos
- Create digital scrapbook pages
- Check email
- Surf the Internet
- Write blog posts
- Catch up on movies & TV shows
- Look up your 5th graders homework answers
- Find new recipes for family dinners so you can answer the age-old question, “What’s for dinner?”
- Skype with friends
- Spend hours on Pinterest pinning and finding awesome visual content
I put it through the wringer with my daily tasks and it held up. While it’s important to me to have certain specs in a computer, the most important feature is knowing that it can do the tasks that I need.
If It Can Game Twitter Party
AMD will be giving away the same HP Envy laptop I’ve used for the last month to one(1) lucky Twitter party participant.
How can you win the laptop? You need to participate in the #AskAMD Twitter Chat and ask either me (@ScrappinMichele) or @AMD a question using the #AskAMD hashtag. See all the (AMD is giving the laptop away, I’m just letting you know.) You MUST participate during the chat & you MUST ask a question or you are not eligible to win.
If you have any questions for me or for AMD, send them to #AskAMD on Twitter and we will answer the questions during the Twitter party on June 2 at 1:00 pm ET.
Disclosure: I received the HP Envy laptop from AMD for this #IfItCanGame campaign. No other compensation received. All opinions are my own.
