Adobe Creative Cloud; So Excited About Adobe In The Cloud
Have you seen Adobe’s Creative Cloud? It’s AWESOME! Adobe has put many of its creative software in the cloud so you can work no matter where you are. How cool is that?
First, you need to see this video. I can’t find it on YouTube, so you will need to go to the Creative Cloud page and watch the first video on the left. Go ahead…I’ll wait.
Now, how cool was that? I love using the few apps that Adobe has for the iPad and I am so excited to try the fleet of new apps they will have with Creative Cloud.
Adobe Muse
One of the apps I’m most excited about is a brand new one called Adobe Muse. Muse will help you create websites without writing one word of code. Ahhhh!! I love that! I can not wait to get my hands on Adobe Muse.
Adobe Touch Apps
There are several Adobe Touch apps available for tablets that are in the Creative Cloud membership. Adobe Photoshop Touch is available now for the iPad & Android tablets. I have used the iPad version and it makes editing on the iPad fun and easy. There is so much you can do.
Creative Cloud Pricing
Currently, if you sign up for one year, the cost is $49.99/month. Considering all the software that is available, that is a bargain. I do not know if there are any limits to the number of apps you can use or how often you use it.
Here are a few of the apps that you have access to in the Creative Cloud membership:
- Photoshop CS6 Extended
- Illustrator CS6
- Lightroom 4S
- Indesign CS6
- Muse
- Acrobat X Pro
- Flash Professional CS6
- Dreamweaver CS6
- Fireworks CS6
- Premiere Pro CS6
- Photoshop Touch
- and much more….
Adobe Creative Cloud is scheduled to be available in the next 30 days and you can preorder it now.
Disclosure: I do have a working relationship with Adobe, however, I wrote this because I discovered Creative Cloud while on the Adobe site and I thought it was really cool and wanted to share.
No idea of adobe cloud and I hope that I could update mine too.
Great informative post, I am happy to read it. I think really it is excellent post, waiting for the next post soon. Thanks for sharing me.
I have been looking for this information on creative cloud. Adobe is my favorite software and i would definitly check the adobe creative cloud out.
This looks awesome! I have photoshop installed on my laptop and always get frustrated when I have something to do with Adobe when I’m out and about and then have to wait until I get home to get done what I need. I’m going to check this out because I love all of Adobe’s stuff and this is right up my alley!
This has been awesome for that very reason. No matter where I am or which computer I am on…I always have Lightroom and Photoshop.
I love Adobe and am giving some serious thought to subscribing. Just not sure if I shouldn’t buy the products outright anyway. Some of them I’d rather not have to pay the fee for, others I just won’t use. I don’t know, I’m on the fence. Any downsides since you’ve been using it?
You could always try it for a month and see if it is something you find useful. I love it because I can put any of the software on my Mac or PC and no matter which computer I’m using, I have access to the software. I am even learning to use software that I would never had bought because of the cost, but now I have access to it.
It’s cool that even Adobe has decided to move their awesome products/services into the cloud. It’s also a cheaper solution for those who cannot afford paying the premium price for their software 🙂
Wondering how the Premiere Pro works in the cloud
I haven’t had a chance to test the cloud apps yet, but once I do, I’ll be sure to do a review.
Adobe products are pretty awesome. You can import from any other Adobe product and use it together.Ex:photoshop,After effects, Premiere.Adobe also seems to be creating a huge market like google it seems
You said you didn’t know if there is a limit on the number of apps you can use, or the amount you can use them. There isn’t any limit. I have read the entire FAQ, and that convinced me it’s a pretty good deal. I have ordered it, and can’t wait to get started. There is also an intro rate of 29.99 per month for one year for any registered users of CS3 or later.
Adobe’s creative cloud is quite an interesting concept. It will be great to have all apps integrated and available all the time irespective of whether I access them through office or my home computer or mobile phone. I quite like the website creation, publishing and file-sharing tools.
Hi Michele, Adobe Creative Cloud is very good and for me a reliable product like other products offered by adobe.
I have been using few of the Adobe products and trust me they all have been pretty awesome. Yes, some of them are pretty costly to use, so this is really a unique and great concept to have them on cloud and use them by paying a small fees!
