My sister, Stephanie and her son came up for Easter and Sami’s birthday party. We decided to get the kids out of the house and hopefully wear them out since they got all sugared up in the morning. We started by getting everyone all ready to ride bikes/scooters/walk up to the park which was about 1.5 miles from our house. We got about 4 houses away from ours and realized that it was really really windy and very cold (looked like a beautiful day). So we all turned around, got into the car and headed to a park which was further away, but had play equipment for little kids and big kids. It was soooo cold out. Most of us were not dressed for the windy cold air. We stayed for about an hour and hoped that was enough to wear the kids out. It wore out the adults and the kids were just getting started.
