A Look At Life in the Social Media Age Through Parody Videos

Who really cares if you just ate ham & eggs for breakfast? There is so much about social media that just begs to be made fun of. We document our lives to death, take photos of everything, share every random thought and collect friends like we used to collect stamps.

But so what????

Whenever something is new, it’s overused and abused and then it becomes normal and part of our lives. As a scrapbooker, I think it’s awesome that so many people are now taking photos of everything and sharing. I have done that for a long time, but before social media, NO ONE CARED! Now at least, I get a “like.”

The social media parody videos give us a perspective on what life in the social media age is really like, even if it’s a bit exaggerated. But is our life now really that different?

This last one is purely because I absolutely LOVE it. It’s not a social media parody, but rather the life of a parent… Enjoy! It shows how our life hasn’t changed that much since social media…but now we can share our life with anyone and everyone. Social Media has made me realize that we are all not that different. Which is kind of comforting!
