Quick BlogHer Running Update

Just a real quick update. I’m back from BlogHer and trying to get back on track. Just about the time I got used to the time change in California, it was time to leave. Now I’m trying to get used to the East Coast time.

When I got to San Diego, I ran 4 miles by the water. It was an awesome run. Lots of breaks to take pictures. I spent the next 4 days walking a LOT. I have not run since I got back, but I’m changing that tomorrow. I’m going out for a 5 mile run tomorrow.

I’ll give you the full run down of my BlogHer experience tomorrow. Right now I can hardly keep my eyes open.
