Here we are at the end of month 2 of our Just Dance Just Sweat Dream Team fun. This past month was a bit tougher because we were out-of-town a lot with dance competitions, BlogHer and a few other short trips. I continued to run while away and my daughter was dancing, but it was the food that tripped us up some.

While there are a lot of healthy choices when traveling…reality? Reality is that it’s a lot more fun to eat the funnel cake on the boardwalk at the beach than it is to eat an apple. Regardless, we still have some results that we are happy with.

How Do You Play Just Dance?

I’ve had a some questions about how to play Just Dance from some readers, so I decided to add a video with a demonstration for those who have not played Just Dance before. The girls are playing Just Dance 3 for the Kinect (xbox.)

So, our progress is slow, but steady in the right direction. I have always been a firm believer that slow steady changes are more likely to become a part of your life than the fast quick results we sometimes yearn for.

Dancing….

I have noticed that running longer is easier which was my ultimate desire and goal for adding the Just Dance to my exercise routine. Sami has received a few compliments lately too (telling her she looks like she has lost weight.)

so true. And because we almost always have our cell phones with us, it's a great way to track your food or even workout while traveling. No excuses anymore.

Hey, Michele! I see you're doing better than Sami. Congrats! Except of counting calories and drinking 8 glasses of water, do you follow a certain diet?
