I recently discovered that upgrading and installing Windows 7 using Windows Anytime Upgrade is really easy. I have been working with Microsoft for the last few months learning about all of the awesome features of Windows, Internet Explorer, Hotmail and more. I will be taking all the information I learn and sharing it with you.
Upgrading to Windows 7
Today, I am going to show you how easy it is to install Windows 7. I received a Karim Rashid Eee PC Seashell netbook to use for a year in exchange for my posts. I also received the Windows 7 Upgrade from Home Starter to Home Premium.
To begin, Go to the “Start” button and type in “windows anytime upgrade” into the search field and you will see this screen.
If you purchased the upgrade from a box at a store, you can click on the “Enter an upgrade key” and move on to the video below. If you need to know which one to purchase and/or you want to purchase it online, click on “Go online to choose the edition of Windows 7 that’s best for you.”

Figure out which one is best for you and come back here when you are ready to install the Windows 7 upgrade.
I created a short video to show you how easy it is to install the Windows 7 upgrade.
Now wasn’t that easy? If you have been waiting to upgrade to Windows 7, wait no more. We have installed Windows 7 on all of our PCs in our house and we have not had any problem with it.
I will be sharing a lot more about Windows 7 in future posts.
Disclosure: I received the netbook in exchange for my posts. I have purchased Windows 7 myself for the other PCs in our home (before I did this one). All opinions are always 100% my own.
Let’s Talk about Windows 7!
