How would you like to see your idea for a hilarious skit broadcast on YouTube Live by a comedian? Send in your ideas and you just might see it happen.
HP (yes, as in Hewlett Packard) is broadcasting a LIVE comedy event and I have all the info!
When? Friday, January 21
Time? 3:00 – 5:00 pm ET
Who? comedian Rob Riggle and actors from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB Theatre)
Where? HP YouTube Live Channel
How? E-mail your skit ideas in any form (pictures, poems, single words and drawings) via HP ePrint to [email protected].
HP ePrint Live will be the first time that YOU, the consumer will inspire original content and watch this content online LIVE at the same time.

What happens if your idea is selected? You will receive a link to your personal video via email. The skit will also be posted online at the HP ePrint Live YouTube channel and the HP for Home Facebook page. Wouldn’t that be awesome to have on your blog or Facebook wall?
And what do you get in exchange for your idea? Consumers that submit skit ideas via HP ePrint will receive access to a special Best Buy HP Photosmart e-All-in-One sale during the campaign period (through Jan. 29, 2011). And if your idea is not chosen for the January 21st show, you can continue to send ideas through January 26. Members of the UCB Theatre will continue to perform the ePrint submissions. These performances will be posted online at HP ePrint Live YouTube channel and HP for Home Facebook page and sent to you.
Be sure to follow HP on Twitter @HP_IPG and join the conversation at #ePrintLive!
I’ll be watching, will you? If you submit an idea and it get’s picked, share the link in the comments below.
Disclosure: I am receiving nothing in exchange for this post. I had the opportunity to see the printer at CES and talk with HP. I just think it’s an awesome fun idea and wanted to be sure you all had the chance to submit your ideas. My son and I submitted one.
