UPDATED: 9/21 – Don’t ever use my picks for an emmy pool or probably in any pool for that matter. I suck at picking winners for awards. 
I got ZERO correct. I also realize that I’m so out of the loop, maybe? I never heard of some of these actors or the shows they are in. Where have I been?
Overall, I did enjoy the Emmys. It got boring for a bit in the middle and since I lost my internet and my iPhone died, I was bored. But I like Neil Patrick Harris and he made it about as entertaining as one of these shows can be.
My choices are:
*Drama Series - House M.D. Mad Men (never seen this show EVER)
*Comedy – The Office 30 Rock (seen this, but I don’t like it)
*Leader Actor, Comedy – Steve Carell Alec Baldwin, 30 Rock
*Lead Actor, Drama – Hugh Laurie Bryan Cranston, Breaking Bad (never heard of him or the show)
*Lead Actress, Comedy – Mary-Louise Parker Toni Collette, United States of Tara (never heard of this show??)
*Lead Actress, Drama – Sally Field, Glenn Close, Damages (never heard of the show, heard of her, of course)
*Supporting Actor, Drama – Aaron Paul Michael Emerson, Lost (heard of it, but never seen it)
*Supporting Actress, Drama - Rose Byrne ?? Never saw any of them so I don’t know. Cherry Jones, 24
*Supporting Actor, Comedy – Rainn Wilson John Cryer, Two and a Half Men
*Supporting Actress, Comedy – Amy Poehler Kristin Chenoweth, Pushing Daisies
*Reality Competition- American Idol The Amazing Race
*Host for Reality – Heidi Klum Jeff Probst, Survivor
*Variety – Saturday Night Live The Daily Show with John Stewart (never watched it)
I will update as the night goes on with the real winners and crossing out my “incorrect” winner should I be wrong. Those with a * have been announced.
