Hi MichelleCame over from Ricardo's "One Blog Post a Day Challenge" via your comment.Some new theme… Thesis.I've always thought Thesis was a great looking theme.Clean lines and super contrast with the text.Plus… I hear that it is well optimised for SEO.I'm sure the new theme will be a great success.

Hi Keith! Yes, I have noticed a big difference in SEO in the week that I've had it up. I'll be honest. I have had the Thesis theme for probably a year, but I didn't really believe that it would make a difference. I was also a little frightened to try and customize it, so I went with a competitor which was easier to customize. I finally decided to give Thesis a try and I'm already impressed. I'm finding a lot of tutorials so that it's pretty easy to customize. It is definitely much faster. I was told by the competitor that my problem in speed was not their template, but rather my plug-ins. I'll admit I have a lot, but I still felt like the template was slowing it down and now I know that for a fact because I didn't change anything except the template and I saw a huge difference in speed.I'm a Thesis convert!!

Hi MichellePage load speed is one of Google's metrics now so a fast theme has to be an advantage.Plugins will slow you down but a slow loading theme will bring you to a stop.One day when I'm rich… I'll have a Thesis theme. LOL
