As a working mom of 4 kids, I am always looking for easy and inexpensive ways to prepare food. I love pork and I love Costco, so when I found out Costco would have pork sirloin tip roast on sale this week, I had to go get some.
This pork sirloin tip roast is a flavorful, marbled cut perfect for the slow cooker. At the end of the week, I will share the recipe I created for our #PorkParty dinner tonight.
I was able to get enough pork sirloin tip roast for 4 meals and at $1.99/pound and $2.00 off at the register, it was a steal…

My favorite part of the video was learning how to use the rice paper. I've never used it before.
The gravy recipe was my favorite because I learned that you can use heavy cream in it for a creamy gravy
My favorite pork recipe is my grandma's ham.
It's always my favorite even without celebrating Christmas.
I like when she said the pork cut was the only cut that has the American Heart Assocation’s Seal of Approval.
I liked where they made the Sweet Plum Dipping Sauce. I liked how simple it was to make with just a few ingredients.
I like they create a simple and yummy pork dish by using just a few ingredients, the best part is my family loves Vietnamese Spring Rolls.
