Kids Lunchboxes Made Easy Peasy

EasyLunchboxesThis year my youngest daughter started First Grade and that means she gets to eat lunch at school and needed a new kids lunchbox. She had already informed me that her Princess lunch box from Preschool was not going to work because she isn’t a baby anymore. She is also my only child that eats like a bird. She likes things that aren’t easy to pack into a lunchbox without getting all messy. Instead of an apple, she wants strawberries cut in half. MESSY!!!

EasyLunchbox System

When I saw that Mom Spark Media was offering reviews for the EasyLunchbox System, I signed up. I knew that the design was definitely a “big girl” design and the container was perfect for her strawberries. She also thought it was really awesome.

EasyLunchbox

When we got the EasyLunchbox, she was really excited to take it to school. She wanted to make the video and do the review, so here she is….

The only thing that we have found that we would change is to offer a shorter version. My daughter has a small bag for school because she doesn’t really have much homework yet and the lunchbox just fits in there. If she had to bring anything else home, she can’t have the lunchbox in the bag. She doesn’t seem to care though. She loves her new purple EasyLunchbox.

The EasyLunchbox also saves money on all the plastic sandwich bags. I felt like I was just throwing money right into the trash with those sandwich bags. I would ask my kids to bring them back if they weren’t wet, but they never did. The plastic containers are safe for the dishwasher, freezer and microwave.

We give the the EasyLunchbox 4 thumbs up (2 for me and 2 for my daughter).

Follow EasyLunchboxes on Twitter and Facebook.

Disclosure: I received the review opportunity from Mom Spark Media and in exchange for this review, I received 1 lunchbag with one package of plastic containers for free. All opinions are my own (and my daughters).

  1. I also think the only thing I disliked was the huge box because my kindergartener had a hard time getting it into his backpack and my 2nd grader uses a sling style bag and it didn't fit, but Ive found two styles that fit the easylunchbox containers, one is like this http://cgi.ebay.com/School-Lunch-Box-Purple-Camo-… and it also fits in this style http://cgi.ebay.com/TRANSFORMERS-BUMBLEBEE-LUNCH-

    • Great! Thanks for the suggestions!!!

  2. This is exactly what I am looking for! I had to pack my daughter's strawberries in a ziploc today!!

    • My daughter said her strawberries stay fresh and do NOT get mushy like they used to in the ziploc bags.
